Individuals have the right to:

Right to Communication and Information
Individuals have the right to:
- Receive information in a manner they can understand
- Ask questions and receive clear explanations about services
- Be informed of their rights and responsibilities
Right to Safety and Freedom from Retaliation
Individuals have the right to:
- A safe and supportive service environment
- Raise concerns or complaints without fear of retaliation
- Receive services free from coercion, intimidation, or punishment
Right to Voice Concerns and File Grievances
Individuals have the right to:
- File a grievance or complaint verbally or in writing
- Receive assistance in submitting a complaint if needed
