What We Do

Residential & Community Living Supports
Support with daily living skills, community participation, and maintaining a safe, stable home environment.

Day Programs
Structured, engaging daytime activities focused on socialization, life skills, and personal development.

Personal Support

Acumen provides non-skilled residential and community-based supports designed to promote independence, safety, and quality of life. We do not provide skilled nursing, medical, or clinical services.

All services are delivered in accordance with individualized service plans and applicable Medicaid waiver requirements.

Respite Care
Temporary relief for caregivers while ensuring individuals receive consistent, respectful support.

Medicaid Waiver Services
Person-centered services delivered in alignment with approved waiver programs and individualized plans.
